Podcasts fail on sound and shapelessness before they fail on ideas. The studio exists to remove both: treated rooms and broadcast microphones make you sound like yourself on a good day, and editors shape episodes so the gold is not buried in the rambling.
How we got here
For shows going somewhere, production is half the job; the other half is launch and growth strategy that treats listeners as earned, not bought.
